Four links can pay us. The first recommendation on this site is not one of them

The complete list of paid links on Showingbook, the much longer list of vendors that pay nothing, and the rules that decide which is which.

Exactly four vendors run partner programmes this site can join, and each of their links goes through an address beginning /go/ and carries a sponsored, nofollow tag in the page source. If you subscribe to a paid plan after following one, that vendor pays us a share of what you pay. Nothing else on Showingbook earns anything at all.

The complete list. There is no fifth.
VendorHow it is linkedWhen it pays
HubSpot/go/hubspotOnly on a paid subscription — never on a free signup
Pipedrive/go/pipedriveOn a paid subscription
Zoho CRM/go/zohoOn a paid subscription
monday CRM/go/mondayOn a qualified signup

Until each programme issues this domain its own tracking address, those four links point at the vendors' ordinary homepages and earn nothing whatsoever. That is the state they launched in.

Everything else here is unpaid, including our first recommendation

The CRM we point most solo agents at — HubSpot's free tools — earns this site nothing, because HubSpot pays on paid plans only. We recommend it first anyway, on every page where the question is what an agent working alone should do.

And every CRM built specifically for real estate on our comparison pays us nothing:

  • Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Realvolve, Top Producer, Lofty and BoldTrail. No publisher programme was verified for any of them, so none can be a paid link here and none is. Where one of them is the right recommendation — and on the team pages Follow Up Boss frequently is — it is named and linked plainly.
  • Salesforce. Runs no publisher programme at all; its partner programmes are for consultants and resellers. Named editorially, never keyed.
  • Bigin. Covered by Zoho's programme, but that key belongs to two sibling sites, so a link from here would earn nothing. Named, not linked.
  • Buildium, DoorLoop, Rentec Direct and Shape. Priced and discussed in the property-management and mortgage guides, with no partner arrangement of any kind.

Rules this site holds itself to

  1. A commission never decides a placement or a ranking. The clearest proof is structural: the first recommendation on the busiest page pays nothing.
  2. No discount codes, no exclusive offers, no coupon boxes. Where a vendor advertises its own annual-billing saving, we quote it as the vendor's published price with the date we read it — never as something arranged on your behalf.
  3. No bidding on vendor brand names. This site runs no paid search at all.
  4. No commission rate is printed on a review page. A rate on the page is an incentive on display; what is published instead is which links pay and which do not.
  5. A refusal published here stays published. These four keys, and the list of vendors that pay nothing, are set out in the site's own source. Changing any of it means rewriting this page first, in public, with the date on it.

Why the refusals are longer than the list

Because that is the honest shape of this market. The CRMs built for real estate — the ones a reader searching for a real-estate CRM most wants compared — run no publisher programmes we could verify. A site that only wrote about vendors who pay would have to leave out the entire industry half of the comparison.

So the comparison includes them, prices them from their own pages, and recommends them where they win — and the money, when there is any, comes from four general CRMs that happen to also be good answers for a lot of agents. If those two things ever pulled in different directions, the dates and the published prices on every page are there so you can check which way we went.
